Brief description

The Amateur Center for Detection of Young Athletes (CADJES) is represented by a passionate team that shares the same sporting passion: revealing to the world the talents of young athletes neglected in Football, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball and combat sports.

We have acquired our modest experience over the years through hard work and a deep vision in the field of sport in general and football in particular. Our mission is to provide to the young athletes we detect the necessary means to allow them to reach their full potential and realize the dream of successful professional integration in the field of sport.

Who we are

We are a team of amateur sports scouts who organize meetings in the countryside to detect hidden talents. We are determined to help young athletes achieve their goals. We therefore provide them with the logistics and supervision necessary for their training.

ABOUT US

Our story

The Amateur Center for Detection of Young Athletes (CADJES) was founded on December 14, 2024 in the district of SOA by Ngah Marcel and Stéphane Baye, both administrators with the aim of social and professional integration of young athletes that are neglected. The idea was born from a football match between two youth teams from the same neighborhood where a young talent who became a big star but whose name cannot be mentioned here was detected.

The Amateur Center for Detection of Young Athletes (CADJES) operates in Africa. It organizes skills assessment meetings, brings together the best athletes whom the center subjects to training before proposing them to interested teams and high-level sports agents for professional integration.

Our mission

Created within the socio-economic framework of deprived children, CADJES, whose headquarters is in SOA Cameroon, has the mission of social and economic integration of young people through sport in order to distance them from the bad morals of which they are victims.

The center detects young athletes from fourteen (14) to twenty (20) years old by means of skills assessment. Once detected, the young people are subjected to training provided by a technical team of experts in the field. We are responsible for placing the players thus trained in teams through the mutual assistance of specialized agents by means of a contract useful to the life of the young player and to the life of the center.

Each young person is linked to the center by a parental authorization duly signed by the parent(s) or by a competent social affairs department. The CADJES issues the young person an insurance card endorsed by the indicated administrator, a sign of their membership. We also organize friendly matches between the center and teams in the same category to maintain physical and tactical fitness

Our values

The Amateur Center for Detection of Young Athletes (CADJES) is run by an administrative and technical team whose moral value is based on discipline, effort and vision. The doors of the center remain wide open to all young people on the African continent. The center can be joined by simple video or by an assessment of skills by a transparent and unanimous opinion of the technical service.

OUR SERVICES

We offer a range of services to help neglected young athletes in Africa develop their skills and reach their full potential. CADJES services are designed to meet not only the specific needs of young African athletes to help them succeed in the world of sport but also to assist clubs and selectors looking for young talents to strengthen their steam.
